- Continuity Risk assessment: your answers, your score, and — only if you choose to provide them — your name, email and company to receive a copy of your results.
- Analytics: first-party usage data such as pages viewed, CTAs clicked, and marketing attribution (UTM parameters and referring page).
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule a demo of MindVault.
- To send you your assessment results when you request them.
- To understand which content and outreach are useful, and to improve this site.
- To aggregate and analyze engagement in a way that does not identify you personally.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
- We do not share your assessment answers with third parties.
Data retention
Lead and assessment records are retained for as long as needed to respond to your requests and operate this site. You may ask us to delete your records at any time (see contact details below).
Email communications
We only email you when you request it (such as sending your assessment results) or when you ask to be contacted about a demo. We do not send unsolicited marketing email.
Your choices
- You are not required to provide an email to view your assessment results on screen.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
- You may opt out of any further communication by replying to our email.
